Venezuelan President shave his mustache if his promise to reimburse

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro promised that he shave his mustache if his government had not fulfilled its obligation to provide a million public housing
by the year 2015.
The socialist president said in a state television transfer ceremony "in case the apartment was not the safest million at December 31, I Sohalq drinkers punishment, and so that everyone knows that I did not UV my promise."
The aim of this government's program to be performed by the former President Hugo Chavez to provide housing to all the families who lost her home in floods in the end of 2010.
It was Hugo Chavez, who died in 2013 promised to hand over these families three million housing units by 2013. The government has said that about 800 thousand homes delivered so far, and the goal is to reach a million apartments by the end of 2015.
Maduro stressed the month of legislative elections scheduled for December in the sixth before, that the decline in oil prices, which plunged Venezuela in a serious economic crisis, will not affect the allocated budget for social programs.
